Buldory — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buldory (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Buldory is a SaaS platform providing website building, marketing tools, automation, and related services.

2. Accounts

You must:

  • provide accurate information

  • keep login credentials secure

  • be responsible for the activity under your account

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription & Payments

Buldory operates on subscription plans.

By purchasing a plan:

  • you authorize recurring billing

  • fees are billed in advance

  • payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Failure to pay may result in:

  • suspension

  • restricted access

  • account termination

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Buldory to:

  • send spam or illegal marketing

  • host illegal content

  • violate intellectual property rights

  • conduct fraud

  • distribute malware

  • harass or abuse others

We reserve the right to suspend abusive accounts immediately.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

However, you grant Buldory a license to:

  • store

  • process

  • display

content necessary to operate the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is legal.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Buldory is provided:

  • “as is” and “as available.”

We are not liable for:

  • outages

  • data loss

  • indirect damages

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Buldory is not liable for:

  • lost profits

  • lost data

  • business interruption

  • indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate accounts that:

  • violate terms

  • abuse the system

  • fail to pay

You may cancel anytime.

Upon termination, access ends immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international business law unless otherwise required by local regulation.
